European Union withdrawal rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Where EU consumer distance-selling rules apply, including eligible purchases delivered to Germany, France, Spain and Italy, you generally have 14 days from receiving the goods to notify us that you wish to withdraw, without giving a reason. For an order delivered in separate shipments, the applicable period generally runs from receipt of the last item. Mandatory exceptions apply where provided by law; ordinary clothing is not excluded simply because it is clothing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After notifying us within the applicable period, send the goods back within the following 14 days. You may inspect them as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Original packaging is helpful but is not a blanket condition for exercising a statutory right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Return eligibility and postage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Outside mandatory consumer rights, our voluntary return support covers quality issues. We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or exchanges in other circumstances. This does not restrict any mandatory withdrawal, repair, replacement, refund or other consumer remedy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
GIGIWARM covers return postage for quality-related returns. Contact us for the instructions and postage arrangement. For eligible non-defective EU statutory withdrawals, you pay the direct cost of returning the goods to our address in China and arrange the return shipment. The cost depends on the carrier, parcel and dispatch location. We do not charge a restocking fee for an eligible return. Your statutory rights do not depend on prior approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Refund processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
We process eligible refunds on the day after the returned item reaches us, subject to any earlier deadline required by applicable law. For an EU withdrawal, we refund the payments due, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first, unless applicable law requires earlier reimbursement. Any extra cost of a delivery option you chose above our least expensive standard delivery is not refundable under the statutory withdrawal rule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Refunds use the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without a fee to you. Payment-provider processing times may vary, so our processing date may differ from the date the funds appear in your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Your mandatory rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for faulty or non-conforming goods. The preferred 3-day quality-reporting period is not a substitute for those rights.
