Shipping

We ship worldwide from No. 689 Hengxing Road, Puyuan Town, Tongxiang, Jiaxing, Zhejiang, China. Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum, and we cover import duties.

We usually dispatch orders within 3 days after the order is placed. Estimated standard-shipping transit is 15–20 working days after dispatch. Optional expedited shipping costs US$20 per order, with estimated transit of 7–10 working days after dispatch, to the United States, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Japan, Puerto Rico and Ecuador. Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Transit time is separate from order processing, and arrival times may vary by destination and customs processing. Returns and refunds

For a quality concern or return request, email anvu845150.30hero@gmail.com with your order number and a description. Please report quality issues as soon as possible, preferably within 3 days of delivery. This preferred reporting period does not shorten your rights under applicable law.

GIGIWARM covers return postage for quality-related returns. For eligible non-defective EU statutory withdrawals, you pay the direct return-postage cost to China and arrange the shipment. Where EU distance-selling rules apply, eligible purchases generally have a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt, followed by 14 days to send the goods back after notice. We do not provide an additional voluntary change-of-mind period. Contact us for return instructions; a statutory withdrawal notice does not require our approval. We process eligible refunds on the day after the returned item reaches us, subject to earlier legal deadlines and the EU rules on notice and proof of return. Payment-provider processing times may vary.
