Can I place an order now?
Yes. GIGIWARM is accepting online orders. Choose an available product, select its options and complete your purchase using the payment methods shown at checkout. For help before or after ordering, contact our team.
What is Cloud Knit?
Our Cloud Knit (Half Velvet) fabric is made from 100% polyester with a soft, fluffy texture.
Which sizes are available?
Our loungewear comes in S, M, L and XL. Review the available size options and contact us if you need help choosing.
How should I care for my item?
Follow the care label supplied with your garment.
When will my order arrive?
We usually dispatch orders within 3 days after the order is placed. Standard shipping has an estimated transit time of 15–20 working days after dispatch. Expedited shipping has an estimated transit time of 7–10 working days after dispatch. Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Transit time is separate from order processing, and arrival times may vary by destination and customs processing.
What are the shipping charges?
Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum order value. Optional expedited shipping costs US$20 per order and is available to the United States, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Japan, Puerto Rico and Ecuador. Select your preferred shipping method at checkout. We cover import duties.
How do I request a return?
For a quality concern or return request, email anvu845150.30hero@gmail.com with your order number and a description. Please report quality issues as soon as possible, preferably within 3 days of delivery. This preferred reporting period does not shorten your rights under applicable law.
GIGIWARM pays return postage for quality-related returns. For eligible non-defective EU statutory withdrawals, you pay the direct cost of returning the goods to China. Where EU distance-selling rules apply, eligible purchases generally have a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt; we do not offer an additional voluntary change-of-mind period. How to take your measurements
Use a flexible tape over light clothing. Stand naturally and keep the tape level and comfortably close to your body without pulling it tight. These are body measurements, not garment measurements.

| Chest / bust | Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level across your back. |
| Waist | Measure around your natural waist, where your body creases when you bend to the side. |
| Hips | Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat. |
| Inside leg | Measure along the inside of your leg from the crotch to your preferred trouser-hem position. |
To convert centimetres to inches, divide by 2.54. To convert inches to centimetres, multiply by 2.54.
